Up and at'em! Time to roll out of bed and prepare for my up-and-coming day. Today will be a touring day for me, I have plans to visit Space Center Houston located in Houston, TX.

Damn! The morning is overcast yet again. Geeze, I haven't seen the sun for a couple of days now. Well, at least it isn't raining.

My drive to the space attraction is a short one.

I pull in, pay for parking, then park the van.

The official visitors center for NASA's Lyndon B. Johnson Space Center, Space Center Houston is a special place where visitors can experience the past, present, and future of space exploration and travel. There's plenty of interesting things to see and do for kids and adults alike. From the Kids Space Place to the Tram Tour to the IMAX theater to the many interesting exhibits within the building complex, it's pretty easy to spend a good portion of one's day just wandering around in wonder.

Wow! My watch tells me I've spent more than 5 hours touring Space Center Houston. I tell ya, the time has just flown by today. I'm not at all surprised to discover that evening has arrived. Time to pack it in and hit the road.
