Lincoln Memorial
Dedicated in 1922, the Lincoln Memorial does well to honor Abraham Lincoln and all that he did to keep the United States together during the trials and tribulations of the Civil War. Believing that all people deserved the right to be free, Lincoln pushed hard to abolish the centuries old institution of slavery.

Korean War Veterans Memorial
Just a stone's throw away from the Lincoln Memorial you'll find the Korean War Veterans Memorial. On initial take, the memorial exhibits a heavy, solemn, and macambre mood. A total of 54,246 American lives were sacraficed in the conflict, and the memorial is here to remind the present and future generations of all the sacrifices the brave soldiers made in the defense of South Korea.

Franklin Delano Roosevelt Memorial
Encompassing 7.5 acres and divided into four outdoor galleries, the Franklin Delano Roosevelt Memorial is much larger that it looks. Inspiring those who visit with words of great insight and wisdom, the walls here echo a multitude of Roosevelt's famous quotes, all made during his many terms as President.
