Northwestern Wyoming

It's time to head back up. I'm thinking, "Hey, this'll be fun, I wonder if I can run up the 328 steps?" So I start up the stairs in earnest. I go from running up two stairs per stride, to one stair per stride, to walking up two stairs per stride, to one stair per stride, to stopping and gasping for breath and realizing I'm almost to the top. So I guess I didn't do too bad after all.

Now it's on to Artist Point

As I hike up and away from the Lower Falls, I gain a different perspective of the falls.

I continue eastward to the next viewing platform. At this point I'm getting a little tired, having already hiked two mountains earlier in the day, but the great views prod me along.

Views from a platform.
