Now on to my favorite exhibit, the Dinosaurs Exhibit. The large, open gallery is really interesting, it does a bang-up job of immersing the visitor into the world of the dinosaur.
Ever wonder just what a dinosaur is? The Museum has the answer for you here on these placards.
Oh, what a good idea. There's a height measuring device that tells me how high the Pterodactyls flew back in the day. Hmmm, let's see. It looks like this one flew as high as 280 million years ago. Ummm, what the? That doesn't make any sense! I'm confused.
Here is a Triceratops.
Oh boy, a T-Rex! Funny, it looks like he's blowing bubbles.
Look at those scary teeth. I'm really glad this one is dead, I wouldn't want to tangle with the likes of this character. Does a diet of meat, coupled with not brushing, equate to really bad breath? I guess we'll never know. I've never heard of a dinosaur breath fossil. Have you?
