Attention Earthlings! We are eavesdropping on you! Our information capture and transmission device is located atop a tall chrome pole, in front of your beloved Smithsonian Institution's Air & Space Museum in Washington, D.C. We've just implemented some enhancements, and soon we'll be transmitting our signal in both gamma and x-ray frequencies. Be forewarned Earthlings, with this information enhancement, we will be able to determine why you are so fascinated with air and space vehicles that are so unbelievably antiquated. You Earthlings have much to learn.

It looks rather alien, doesn't it? I actually like it. The design appears to be a cross between Sputnik and 1950s space age commercial artwork. It's a regular Hamm radio antenna gone punk! Regardless of what you think about it, at least the birds are getting some enjoyment out of it.

Hmmm, interestingly enough, the birds seem to be avoiding the right side of the art piece. Why? Maybe it's transmitting something? Perhaps transmitting information to another world, far, far away from here?
