Today is my last day in the Adirondacks. I will say my goodbyes to the park atop my morning's destination, Whiteface Mountain. I make preparations for departure.
I'm all out of water and need to tank-up. I pull around to the campground's RV water source but the sign says the water isn't potable. Bummer!
After checking out of my campsite I drive out of the campground.
Whiteface Mountain, the day's first destination, is just a stone's throw away from the campgrounds. After a short drive I turn left onto the Whiteface Veterans Memorial Highway.
