Here's a picture of the new bridge. Hey, you getting tired of bridges, I know I am! Let's move on, shall we?
Searsport here I come, and Searsport there I go! Boy, that was quick! There's really not much here...
Just outside of Searsport I decide to walk down to the beach to checkout the local flora and fauna living at the edge of Penobscot Bay.
In the distance hear the ringing of a marine bell. A little ways out in the bay I discover a little outcropping of rock upon which a bell has been placed. There to warn the sailors of shallow waters no doubt.
All around me I see a brownish, grassy mass that must have washed ashore. Either that or it's actually anchored and growing on the spot. I guess I shouldn't bother applying for any of those marine scientist jobs, eh?
Here's a closeup, it's even growing on the rocks.
