I thought I'd share with you a picture of my breakfast, I think it shows my artistic ability with food, no? The medium of choice, two wheat bread panels representing the artwork's foundation, upon which I've carefully applied a smooth layer of peanut butter, followed up with a precisely distributed flow of honey. Maybe I should submit it to the National Gallery of Art in Washington, D.C. for consideration?

Sorry, no touring today cuz my dogs are barking, my right dog being the loudest. There's a painful skin crack between my little toe and the next toe in. Yeah, that's right, I'm a baby. Waaaaa! But it's been bugging me for the past few days and has now finally earned my full and undivided attention.

Cooped up in the van, I while away my day travel writing. When evening grows near, I trek into D.C. to have dinner with Rebecca, the daughter of Ben & June, who are good friends of my parents. The last time I saw Rebecca, she was knee high to a grasshopper.

After spending an enjoyable dinner with Rebecca, we part company, and I make my way back to my temporary home away from home, a Walmart parking lot in Laurel, MD. Upon my midnight arrival, I immediately hop into bed because I need my rest. Tomorrow will be my second big day of touring Washington, D.C.
