Washington, D.C.

Shots of the ceiling and the hall's grand chandelier.

Markers indicating where famous folks once had their desks; James Buchanan, John Quincy Adams, and Abraham Lincoln.

Here are some of the statues from the National Statue Hall Collection. Here we have William Jennings Bryan from Nebraska (bronze), Sam Houston from Texas (marble), Sequoyah from Oklahoma (bronze), Brigham Young from Utah (marble), and Henry Clay from Kentucky (bronze). Funny, I'm used to seeing bronze statuary outside all covered with patina. These bronze statues are true to their color.

Here's an interesting statue, it's of the Hawaiian King Kamehameha the Great.

More pictures of Statuary Hall and people milling around.
