Location: 7 miles northwest of Cliffdell, Washington, at Crow Creek campground at FS 1902

Distance: 14.4 mile loop

Climb Elevation: 2,000 feet

Tread: Singletrack and forest road up and down steep hills

Ride Miles/Time/Avg/Max: 15.6/2:34:13/6.1/29.3

Rating:   (5 max)

Sign announcing the Fifes Ridge Trailhead.

The trail begins as pavement but quickly turns into a well maintained two lane gravel road.

The grade of the road is rather steep. Well, steep for someone who isn't in the greatest of shape. Out of 24 available gears, I use all the lower gears, 1st thru 3rd. I keep the peddle cadence high which propels me up the long, grinding hills. It's 2,000 feet and 7 miles to the top.
