Spring Green, Wisconsin

In an attempt to spice things up, I looked out either side of the room to the valley below and... I still feel nothing. After verifying no one else is in the room with me I start jumping up and down to see if I can get the room to shake and gyrate. Nothing. Absolutely nothing. All in all the Infinity Room is interesting and certainly well-constructed but a little overblown. I think they should stop painting it on the outside and let it rust a bit. Wait another 50 years and now you're talking about one scary room that'll make you dizzy when you jump up and down.

I continue my tour of the original House on the Rock. I have to admit the place is pretty damn cool. For its time the design is very cutting edge. I can see why people wanted to pay Jordon to see the place. Jordon's original intent wasn't a sight-seeing attraction, rather, he just wanted to build a home for himself. But when word got out about the house's unusual design, people from the all over the local area wanted to see it. After a while he started to collect admission and that was the start of the attraction. All the money he collected was put back into the house in the form of new construction and expanding his collections. Over time as the attraction grew, Jordon was able to charge more and more for admission. It all snowballed from there.

The final tour feature of the original House on the Rock is this Sun Deck.

And then I run out of camera memory. What? Now that is surprising. I have 128MB of memory in my camera and I was only able to take 183 low-resolution pictures? Something is wrong. And then it hits me. Whenever I reset the camera it defaults the picture resolution back to 3.1 Mega pixels. Duh! So I run back to the van and download all my pictures onto my laptop. Once downloaded I reset the camera and make sure I change the resolution to low. I'm back in business once again.

I return back to where I left off and commence my tour once again.
