Glacier National Park
Northwestern Montana

After a bit of more climbing...

...I turn around and see that God has opened up the Heavens in preparation to pay the world a visit. It is a rather spiritual sight.

I start running into more road repair work and stopped traffic again. Seems a good portion of the right lane was completely washed away. As I ride through the construction zone I think about what great scenery these construction folks have, certainly a job with a great view.

This is a view of my trip's origin. Down the way is McDonald Creek as it fills into McDonald Lake which is way off in the distance and out of view. Today it's rather hazy, I wonder if this is typical? It would be a shame if it was.

More and more climbing. At this point I'm getting a little tired but keep peddling along because in the distance I can finally see Logan Pass, my elevated destination.
