M U S E U M O F T H E R O C K I E S
Bozeman, Montana
So here I stand, with dinosaur poop on my hand, and nothing appropriate to wipe it off on. So I'm forced to resort to drastic measures. It's not a biggie though, laundry day is tomorrow.
After over-dosing on the dinosaur exhibits, I step inside the Taylor Planetarium for a Lewis and Clark history lesson. It's an interesting presentation, comparing their 2-year journey with the Apollo 11 mission to the Moon. No cameras are allowed during the show so sorry, no pictures to share.
Time is running out for me, I have only 10 minutes left to see the rest of the Museum.
This is part of the Lewis and Clark Exhibit. The placards document their impression of these animals as they made their journey westward.
The Museum has this Sparkabet exhibit going on. Just a bunch of neon-colored paintings of shark caricatures. I think the exhibit is rather odd and out of place, considering the closest ocean is 639 miles away according to my GPS software.
