Northern Indiana

I pull into the parking lot and notice it's progressive, they use solar power to charge the batteries used to run their nightlights.

Hopping out of the van, I start my short trek to the shores of Lake Michigan and soon encounter Mt. Baldy. Mt. Baldy is a tall, steep sand dune.

After a short climb I reach the top.

Atop Mt. Baldy I take in this nice panorama of Lake Michigan.

Looking north over the lake, I estimate the sand dune was about 100 feet tall.
