There are quite a few people ahead of me in line. I end up waiting almost 1.5 hours due to a technical problem the ride operators are having, causing frequent delays in ride service.

Huge "christmas tree" lights are mounted on the tower. When lit during the day they are hard to see but when night rolls around they take on a life of their own.

VIDEOS: Here's a video (1.12 MB) of the dragster launching to maximum velocity then climbing part-way up the tower. Here's a video (3.00 MB) of the dragster plunging down the other side of the tower to its final resting place. Sorry, I shot the second video sideways to get the whole tower in. I don't know how to rotate a video.

Here are some folks who successfully braved the ride.

VIDEOS: A video (1.80 MB) of another group of brave folks who have finished the ride. They don't look too bad considering what they just went through. I start wondering who the "average" rider is for this ride? Are they more bold than timid? Hard to say.
