From a distance Devils Tower really stucks out. It's a rather funny looking geological formation I have to admit, almost alien looking.

Located in Devils Tower, Wyoming, the monument is open year around.

It's a little touristy on my way there but not too bad. However, once I enter the grounds I leave all that behind.
