Upon entry I'm immediately tackled with the opportunity to buy all sorts of cool ice cream related stuff.

To my surprise, I notice someone has spilled an unfinished cup of melted ice cream on the checkout counter. No one seemed to mind it, no one is making an effort to clean things up.

And no wonder why, it's fake! It's as convincing as fake vomit, maybe even more convincing.

Across from the Gift Shop is the Scoop Shop. They're serving a line of folks who are standing outside. Must be they only serve on the inside if the weather is crummy.

Every company has a mission and Ben & Jerry's mission is clearly stated for all to see. It consists of three components, namely 1) Product, 2) Economic, 3) Social. I tell ya, Ben & Jerry's ROCK! When it seems just about all corporations care only about the bottom line, a rogue company like Ben & Jerry's jumps to the forefront, providing lessons that it isn't all about the bottom line. Many corporations could learn from Ben & Jerry's example. Are they paying attention?
