Ever see a tall hill in the distance and get a strong hankering to climb it? Well, in Jackson, Wyoming I certainly did. Jackson is surrounded by tall hills and for days its western heights were calling to me. After being holed up in the van for days with my travel writing, one evening I finally broke free of my writing craft with plans to scale the valley wall and experience a Grand Tetons sunset.

The sun will soon be setting. Come, hurry with me as I begin my ascent...
