A quick gander at Flower Lake as I race the escaping light.

I finally arrive back to where I started so many hours earlier, at the supermarket parking lot. I make it back before nightfall!

The ride proves to be a challenging one but my effort was more than paid for in beautiful scenery. I especially enjoyed all the colorful foliage and the quiet solitude of Simon Pond. I give my bike tour of Adirondack Park a solid 5 thumbs-up out of a possible 5 thumbs.
